A Letter from our First Client –

I'm the founder/director of Creative Migration (CM), a social entrepreneurship organization with 501(c) 3 status.  Our mission is to engage young people to create & participate in social change through the process of art.  In the Spring of 2009, I worked with Alpha Zeta Consulting to create a marketing plan for the launch of our web series.  We found each other through Grassroots.org, an organization that donates free web & marketing services to non-profits.  Together, we explored the following marketing & promotion strategies:

-  Positioning statement

-  Target audience

-  Analysis of story arch

-  Website structure

-  Video platforms & social networks

-  Donations & sponsorships

-  Merchandise as advertising/giving incentives

-  Potential relationships with universities

It was a great learning experience for me working with Alpha Zeta Consulting.  I appreciate all their hard work mentioned above, as well as helping me find two great interns from USC.  The first show of our web series is launching in April 2010.  Before that, I have a fundraising campaign through Kickstarter.com which is housed on our current website.
