| Management consulting has always been an interest of mine and a management concentration gives me the knowledge and skills required to analyze business situations through a strategic managerial perspective. Since no strategic or operational recommendation would be complete without being financially feasible, I chose a finance concentration as well. | |
| Upon graduation my goal is to obtain a job in either management or financial consulting and further my career in that field. Should such opportunities be unavailable at the time, I aim to pursue a corporate financial analyst position before transferring to consulting. | |

Marketing Associate Summer 2009 • Developed a marketing plan based on an analysis of the company’s industry position • Designed a direct mail package consisting of a catalogue, prequalification document and personalized letters • Negotiated further design and printing of the package with 3 design and publishing companies • Coordinated the website design with a web designing company Ebasco Trading (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) Data Analyst Summer 2007 • Analyzed 87 client buying patterns and created an 2x2 innovative framework to delineate how much mark up should be increased • Revised existing sales data of 80+ clients using Microsoft Excel to complement the framework and increase sales by 10% Human Resources Associate Dec 2005 - Jan 2006 • Prepared and distributed questionnaires to a random sample of 9 employees to find causes for high staff turnover • Interviewed the randomly selected employees as a supplement to the questionnaires and analyzed the results • Compiled a report with suggested solutions which reduced staff turnover by 12% |
