AZ Consulting is an organization under the Alpha Zeta chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi established at University of Southern California. Alpha Kappa Psi is the leading co-ed business fraternity with a mission to provide resources for enhancing the educational experience of future business leaders. The members of Alpha Zeta Consulting are highly qualified students enrolled in the Marshall school of Business at USC. They have gone through training, have experience in all industries collectively and are willing to reach out to other organizations and firms and provide them with our skills and knowledge.

Our Mission

The mission of AZ Consulting are :
Community- Give back to the community by assisting non-profit organizations in attaining their goals and helping them make tradeoffs by utilizing the professional and analytical talents of our members to provide effective  and creative business solutions.
Members- Provide experience for the members of Alpha Zeta chapter to apply the skills and knowledge they developed in classes and Alpha Kappa Psi.
Alumni- Reconnect with the Alpha Zeta alumni and give them opportunities to mentor AZ consulting and provide support and knowledge which they have accumulated during the years.

The AZ Consulting Org provides your non-profit organization with the opportunity to apply for a consulting project where members analyze and aid your organization in a variety of different functions. The AZ Consulting Org. has members with almost most industry background such as from Finance to Operational Management.

The project length is determined based on an individual basis. Whereas the project will conclude with a concise deliverable and a PowerPoint presentation to your non nonprofit’s board of directors or upper management. This presentation will include a discussion of the deliverable as well as an outline of our recommendations regarding any potential improvements.

Goals

Long Term:
The goals of Alpha Zeta Consulting is to give the student members a real-work experience opportunity
Get reconnected with Alumni, and form the Alumni Advisory Board.

Semester Goals:
Provide students with workshops to develop analytical and consulting skills.

Help two non-profit organizations on a 4 week scale.

Provide the organization with one deliverable.
