What makes AKPsi Unique?
Alpha Kappa Psi has a unique mix of both business pleasure. While business is our focus and what drives the fraternity, we also have a great social aspect that includes an unsurpassed level brotherhood. Alpha Kappa Psi has an extensive network within both USC and Corporate America.
What is Rush?
Rush is a three day long process in which events are held and potential members can meet the brothers of Alpha Kappa Psi, and learn more about what the Professionalism and Brotherhood of Alpha Kappa Psi is all about. It gives you a great opportunity to gain insight into the chapter and what are member’s beliefs and aspirations. It will include an informative session as well as a casual social session in which rushees may ask actives about their experience with Alpha Kappa Psi. All events are free, and there is no obligation to join by attending rush.
What is Pledging?
The pledge program is a ten week process in which the pledges professional, social and leadership skills are tested. There are formal requirements that need to be completed as a pledge. There are several key lessons that are taught during the pledge program, that many alumni now state is the key to their success. Time management, professionalism, networking, resume, cover letters, interviewing skills are amongst the many lessons taught in the pledge program. In addition to the professional aspects, pledging is where Brotherhood is initially built and as a result there is also a social aspects. Many actives state pledging as their defining college experience.
Do I have to be a Business Major?
No, all majors are welcome. We encourage diversity.
Are there any formal requirements to Rush AKPsi?
Yes, there are certain time commitments that need to be met. In addition to time commitments there is a minimum GPA requirement. You are also required to attend at least one rush night, although it is highly recommended that you attend all three
.
What do we look for in a pledge?
Simply put we are looking for people who are or have the potential to become, principled business leaders. We look for people who represent our core values, brotherhood, knowledge, integrity, service and unity. In addition people that are ambitious, hardworking, motivated and passionate about what they do.

Please send us an email with your information, via our rush email address or by filling in the form below. Alternatively you are invited to come to any of the rush nights at our house at 729 West 28th street, which is in the middle of the row. Come check our rush out, meet the actives and enjoy food!
